Life goal: to get a better shape

I hate running 😒 but I guess I should give it one more chance. The purpose is to get a better shape. And improve my well-being 😼 So my goal is to run 1,5 hours a week. It's 3 times by 30 minutes. Most likely it's too much for me. So I will start from 45 minutes a week...
I'm a freelance photographer 😁 And my doctor says that I should stick to a certain sleep pattern to avoid any health problems. She is right. But it's sooo hard to wake up early ⏰ Anyway, here my plan and goal for the next five month!
Moraine Lake is a glacially fed lake in Banff National Park, Alberta, Canada. Just look at this awesome view... breathtaking 🤯 By the way, there is much more epic lakes in that national park. So I plan to book a minibus for 7 days or so.
It may sound strange, but I have never been to the US West Coast. Me and my friend Kyle have a plan... we'd like to get to SF, rent a car and drive Nevada and Arizona to see the Great Canyon. As I understand it's to hot in June-August. So September should be good.

I have an old dream to travel to Faroe Islands. I saw a lot of movies about this Danish territory. It looks like an other planet ⛰. My plan is buy a good photo camera... 📸 Sony, I guess. Invite friends, book airplane tickets, book car and take a tent.
