It goes like this. I start my day with a cup of coffee. It doesn't feel like I'm somewhere near awake. So there goes more coffee.
Around noon drive, that was created by drinking coffee, us gone. So there goes more coffee! I may as well drink some water but it's nothing compared to amount of coffee. Add some sugar. I don't really feel like drinking water the whole day but hour before sleep I go crazy on water. Really. Wake up swollen and unrecognizable. So less water before bed and more during the day!
