I love starting my day with some Greek yoghurts or corn flakes with milk. I drink my coffee with milk as well few times a day, love milkshakes and even my cocktails while drinking in the bars are mostly milk based.

I've heard that reading out loud helps you with sounding more confident, it makes your pronounciation better and the same way you can even become more creative. I read a lot but I'm not used to listening to my own voice. it's just kinda weird to me. Wouldn't hurt to try still😉
