Not the 'I need a nap' kind of tired but the deep background exhaustion that's just always there. It's the kind that makes it hard to focus at work, that makes me snap at my partner over nothing, and that turns my hobbies into chores. I'm not sure what the exact solution is, but I'm going to start with the most obvious solutions. I'm going to force myself to be in bed with the lights off by 11:00 PM sharp. I'm going to try to drink water instead of my third coffee in the afternoon. I'll go for a 20-minute walk after lunch just to clear the fog and reset. Thinking of also planning my visit to the doctor as sometimes being always tired can be a symptom of some health issues
