I've been running for a long time. But only now I set myself the goal of running a half marathon. I think this is a good challenge. And a chance to improve my running skills. So I signed up for the London Landmarks half marathon on April 2nd. The distance is 21 kilometers, standard for a half marathon.
It is one of the most famous sporting events in the world. The city authorities will close the central roads of the city. It will be a very big sporting event!
How do I plan to achieve my goal:
- buy several pairs of special running shoes (Asics or Hoka one)
- buy a fitness bracelet to track results (Garmin or Fitbit)
- do 2-3 running workouts every week before the event
- adjust my diet two months before the event
