Take steps to make the right choice

This whole thing is driving me absolutely insane I swear. I have to choose (and choose wisely!), what I'll do for at least some decades to come. So that I can prepare for exams and do well. How can I even do anything, if I get frustrated and literally have panic attacks just thinking about making that kind of choice.
Everyone keeps pushing and I don't know the answers. I'm an average student, an average guy in general with no interests that can be turned into career path. I feel dumb and don't know what to do and where to start. Any advice?
