Get better at watering my houseplants the right amount

As silly as it looks! Right now, I either forget about them for too long or I love them to death with too much water. I want to find middle ground.

Also, yeah, not every plant is the same (wow, really?) and they get to get different amounts and have to be placed in different parts of the house. So the goal is to check on them every now and then and to create a routine that works better for every plant while setting alarms to remember
