Write a spendings plan for spring

I'm so bad with money. You wouldn't even believe it. It’s a total paradox every time: you either have money and don't know how to spend it wisely, or you feel the need for something but your pockets are empty. My plan is to write a list of the absolute necessities first, and then add in something I actually want to buy, so I know exactly where every dollar is going.
