Buy less unnecessary stuff

Okay, can somebody please ban me from Amazon, AliExpress, eBay and ASOS? It really turned into a problem. Like I get sad = I go online shopping for cheap dopamine (aint so cheap afterall dare I say) and spend wayt too much money that I should have spent on things that make more sense. Idk just feel empty and boom I'm already buying something. Gotta stop someh
