Become a blood donor

I've always thought of becoming a donor as something both extremely important and it just warms my heart.
However, I always happened to find excuses to avoid moving from intention to action. I'm also kinda afraid of needles, which is not the thing that you'd want to admit to being almost a 30yo man.
I guess I shouldn't have even thought about too much. Just do and be proud
