I think that the road to loving yourself is kinda tough one. I got to admit that while I'm no longer a teen and people've told me many times that it's easier w time to reach the state. No, that's still not the case.
It's has to be unique go every person and I'm planning to take time and think through what I don't like about about myself and what I can do to change that. With a structured plan and discipline I feel like there will be a chance to feel more confident within next year
