Fix Sleep😴
As soon as I've started doing freelance my sleeping hours became real different. I do go to bed at 6-7 a.m. and it changes every day. I procrastinate and it's difficult for me to navigate my time to the point that sometimes I work my than 13 hours a day multiple days in a row. After working so much, my body just deny the idea of falling asleep. My thoughts go wild and my heart feels real heavy. I have to make myself self sleep or I will end up in a mental institution quite soon 🤕😴
