A fancy way of saying leaving something behind is often better than adding more and more. Instead of asking "what can I add to fix this?" ask "what can I remove?" Stressed? Don't add a new meditation app. Remove two social media ones. Want to be healthier? Don't add a crazy new superfood. Remove the late-night snacks. Improve by taking away the crap that's in the way.
