Reach better speed in translating

I know I'm a student and it's perfectly okay to learn and practice but it makes me so worried that I'm too slow. Translation is a highly competitive field and speed is important. I only do 8-10 pages a day now, which is far from fast, if you want to work and make money. So I have to figure out the way to go faster...
