My mornings are always a rush. I'm scrambling for my keys, deciding what to wear at the last minute, and often skipping breakfast because I just ran out of time. It sets a stressful tone for my entire day.
My goal is to make my mornings 20% smoother. I'm not aiming for a perfect routine. I just want less frantic energy. I'll start with preparing the night before. Lay out my clothes, pack my bag, and make sure my keys are in their designated spot. That's it. If I can eliminate just those few minutes of panic-searching, my whole day will start on a better note. AND meditation. Staring at the wall for 15 minutes straight seems like a good way to not think about anything stressful before work
