Fix my deviated septum

I can't even remember the last time I breathed freely through both nostrils. It's not just annoying – it messes with my sleep, my energy, and my focus. I've put it off for years because it felt like a "real" medical thing, but honestly, I deserve to breathe properly. Time to finally get it checked and fixed.
