it just so happened that I'm here almost a year later with a new goal. sleep. normally. like at least 8h of sleep every night. crucial point! night! I'm telling you, long distance relationships with work only work if you have discipline and some strength to go with the way that suits you (and having figured this all out previously). i'm a massive procrastinator and love to do everything all at once when i feel the adrenaline rushing in. i can work 16hours a day on hyperfixation and it's so way near good for my mental health. i'm really bad at planning things so if i put it on the lockscreen then maybe i feel the guilt and stop scrolling
