No time for any short time videos because you binge them and then you do nothing else apart from that. And I want to first limit my time online, limit my time in these apps by maybe like an hour and a half a day. Because I do way much more. Or should I probably just stop doing it at all? What do you think? I will probably start limiting myself and then I will go back and tell you if it's okay, if it's worked out. If it doesn't work out, I will probably just try to avoid it at any cost because it just distracts me from my daily activities so bad. I feel like my brain rots after watching it for so many hours and spending so much time on nothing.
